>do you have to be 18 to enter?

Yes! All entrants must be based in the uk and be 18 years or older. Identification will be required for prize winners and anyone under the age of 18 will be disqualified and the prize will be re drawn.

 

> What are the odds of winning?

The main 2 oz draw has a maximum of 300 tickets so odds on 1 ticket perched is 300:1 odds of winning.(please gamble responsibly)

 

>Is the Gold real?

Absolutely. Our gold is sourced with full authenticity from the world’s most prominent refineries.

 

>How do I enter?

Choose a number of tickets and enter your payment details.All entries are collected and a winner is chosen at random on our live draw shows.

 

>Will I be notified if I win?

Winners of all competitions will be announced at our live draw and we will attempt to call LIVE to give the amazing news.

We will also try to contact by phone or email. If you update your contact details before the draw closes PLEASE notify us.

We will make repeated efforts to contact you.

In the event we can’t contact you within 4 weeks of the closing date, we retain the right to select a new winner, and you will forfeit your eligibility to claim the prize.

 

>Can I get a refund on my entry?

No! We don’t offer refunds on our competitions

 

>How are winners chosen?

The main 2oz draw is held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. The charity draw will be held on the 3rd Thursday of every month. The previous winner will be invited back to the live draw and an entry will be chosen by a random number generator.

 

>How do I claim my free postal entry?

 

You may enter a competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

(a) send your entry by first or second class stamped post to the Promoter at the following address: MIDAS PRIZES LTD

Unit 152418, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL

(b) hand delivered entries or entries received enclosed in an envelope will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;

(c) include with your entry the following information:

(i) your full name;

(ii) your address;

(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and

(iv) your answer to the Competition Question (if there is one).

(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified; Only clearly hand written entries are accepted and entries that are deemed illegible can't be entered. Any entries that are automatically generated, printed or typed will not be entered and deemed invalid.

(e) only one postal entry is permitted per competition for each registered account. Postal entries are limited to one entry per person to each competition. Each postal entry has the same chance per entry of winning a prize or an instant win prize as an online entry.

(f) by entering the competition and providing written acceptance of our T&C's on your entry, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

(g) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;

(h) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;

(i) if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
