With your support, we’re committed to making a real difference where it’s needed most. We proudly donate exclusively to small, independent charities—including our own initiative: “Can’t Afford To Be Ill.”

This charity supports self-employed individuals and low-income families who can’t afford time off due to illness or who need to care for loved ones during difficult times.

So please—buy a ticket or two, and help us turn good deeds into golden moments.

Do you have to be 18 to enter?

Yes. All entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or older.
Identification is required for prize winners. Entries from anyone under 18 will be disqualified and the prize will be redrawn.

Is the gold real?

Absolutely. Our gold is fully authentic and sourced from some of the world’s most reputable refineries.

How do I enter?

Simply choose your number of tickets, enter your payment details, and you’re in!
All entries are collected, and a winner is selected at random during our live draw shows.
We also offer a free postal entry option (see below).

Will I be notified if I win?

Yes! Winners are announced during our live draws, and we’ll attempt to call you live on air.

We'll also try to reach you by phone and email.
If your contact details change before the draw closes, please let us know.

We’ll make repeated efforts to contact you.
However, if we can’t reach you within 14 days of the draw closing, we reserve the right to select a new winner, and you will forfeit your claim to the prize.

Can I get a refund on my entry?

No. We do not offer refunds on any competition entries.

How are winners chosen?

All winners are chosen via a random number generator, ensuring fair and impartial results.

How do I claim my free postal entry?

You may enter any competition for free by following these conditions:

1. Send a clearly handwritten postcard via 1st or 2nd class mail to:

1. Do not use envelopes or hand deliver entries—they will not be accepted.

2. Include the following details in your entry:

   • Your full name

   • Your full address

   • A valid contact telephone number and email address

   • Your answer to the competition question (if applicable)

3. Important rules:

   • Only clearly handwritten entries are accepted. Typed, printed, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

   • Only one postal entry per person per competition is allowed.

   • Each valid postal entry has the same chance of winning as a paid online entry.

   • Your entry must be received before the competition’s closing date.

   • Proof of posting is not proof of entry.

   • If the entry cap is reached before your entry arrives, it will not be included.

4. By including the phrase "I accept the Terms & Conditions" in your entry, you confirm your eligibility and agreement to our rules.
