2. About Our Competitions
- These Terms apply to all competitions hosted on www.kingmidasprizes.co.uk.
- Entry typically requires a fee unless otherwise stated.
- Competitions may include a skill-based question (“Competition Question”).
- If a multiple-choice or simple question is used, a free postal entry method is available.
- A minimum of 160 tickets must be sold for the main draw to proceed. If not, the draw will roll over to the next scheduled date. If still not met, a full refund will be issued.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry Timing
- Start and end dates are listed on each competition page.
- All times are in London, UK time.
- We may adjust schedules but will not extend deadlines to increase sales.
3.2 Entry Process
1. Visit the competition page.
2. Review and answer the Competition Question (if applicable).
3. Complete the online form and make payment securely.
4. Submit your entry before the deadline.
- Late entries are void and non-refundable.
- Entry caps are specified on each competition page.
3.3 Language Requirement
- Entries must be submitted in English. Other languages will result in disqualification.
4. Free Postal Entry
To enter for free, send a clearly handwritten entry to:

- Your full name
- Your address
- A contact number and email
- Your answer to the Competition Question (if applicable)
- A signed declaration confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
- Typed, bulk, or late entries will be disqualified.
- Only one postal entry per person per competition.
- Free entries have the same winning chances as paid entries.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.
- If there is a Competition Question, only correct answers are eligible.
- A spreadsheet showing participant names and numbers may be displayed during live draws. To opt out, email us at least 48 hours before the draw.
6. Who Can Enter
- You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.
- Employees and immediate family of Midas Prizes LTD or related suppliers cannot enter.
- Disqualification may occur for automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries or for breach of these terms.
- Disqualified entries are non-refundable.
7. Prizes
- Prize details are available on each competition page.
- We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
- Some prizes are sourced via third-party providers.
- Cash alternatives may be offered where specified.
- Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the winner.
8. Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted using the email or phone number provided.
- If unreachable within 14 days, another winner may be selected.
- Winner’s first name and county may be published on our website and social media (unless opted out beforehand).
- Opting out does not affect required disclosures to regulators.
9. Claiming Your Prize
- Only the named winner may claim the prize.
- Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer.
- You must confirm bank details within 14 days of notification.
10. Our Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses, injuries, or damages resulting from prize use
- Technical issues, postal delays, or third-party failures
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Data Protection & Publicity
- Your data is used solely for administering competitions and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activity. You can opt out by notifying us in advance.
- If you request data removal before the competition closes, your entry will be disqualified.
12. Ticket Limits
Each competition will specify the maximum number of tickets available. This ensures fair odds and transparency.
13. Final Terms

- Violation of these terms may result in disqualification without refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel or alter competitions at our discretion.
